I recently enjoyed a short getaway at the Grand Victorian in Spring Lake. The hotel has a lovely historic charm and is conveniently located right across from the beach, which was fantastic for daily outings. Our room had a nice ocean view, but it was on the smaller side. I had a mixed experience at the Grand Victorian. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach, and the view from our room was lovely. However, the service left much to be desired, as some staff members were rude and unhelpful, particularly when it came to honoring our Groupon reservation.
